Our Students

There is no “best” BEAST student, because it is individuality that fuels our students' passion to create. BEAST students should be in grades 11 and 12, and have a range of STEAM-based interests, both artistic and scientific. They should have a strong, creative desire and be curious about their world. Students should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. BEAST students should have an interest in learning and creatively applying knowledge from physics, engineering, biology, and anatomy. They should also desire to build artistic skills through the drawing, sculpting, mold making, and casting of their unique BEAST creations.

Ideally, our students have taken prerequisite courses in biology or anatomy and have experience in drawing, sculpture, and design.
