Brain Break

  • What is a Brain Break? A Brain Break is a tool for anyone to use, at any time, to give themselves … a break! Maybe it is taking a ten minute walk outside, closing your eyes and taking some deep breaths, watching a funny video to make you laugh, or even just sitting and doing nothing. We are all doing our best to keep it together but we need to give ourselves grace, give ourselves a break.

    We hope you will try a Brain Break for yourself. It definitely won’t hurt to try and you might find a tool to help you on your journey through life.
