The Fullerton Joint Union High School District has partnered with Parchment to order and send transcripts and immunization records securely. If you graduated or left in 2008 or earlier from the following schools: Buena Park High, Fullerton Union High, La Habra High, La Sierra High, Lowell High (now closed), La Vista High, Sunny Hills High, Sonora High, Troy High, and any FJUHSD Adult Continuing Education Programs (Homewood, etc.), click on the link below (link will open in new browser):

Order Your Transcript in Person or through the Mail - Alumni with Grad/Leave Year 1895-2008
If you graduated or exited 2008 OR EARLIER and would like to order your transcript in person or through the mail, please download the Transcript Request Form and read the instructions carefully. For questions, contact the transcript desk at 714-870-2845.
Pick up hours:
Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
To maintain limited contact, please request transcripts ahead of time by submitting the Transcript Request Form to student records email@example.com. Requestors will receive a phone call when their transcripts are ready to be picked up OR can choose to have the transcripts mailed to their home.
Order a Duplicate Copy of Your Diploma
Please download the Duplicate Diploma Request Form and read the instructions carefully. The form must be delivered to the District Education Center, Educational Services Department by mail with a $15 money order made out to "So Cal Grad". Please allow 3-5 weeks for processing. There is NO option to expedite this process. If you need proof of your graduation sooner, we recommend that you order a transcript (instructions above) which will include the date of your graduation.
Verify a Student’s Education (Third Parties)
Third-party background check/employment screening companies or employers wishing to verify a student's graduation status and/or dates of enrollment may do so via www.Parchment.com. Please request an "Enrollment Verification". Please note: the learner's email address field may not be blank or Parchment's website will give an error message.
If you are NOT able to use Parchment, the request can be sent via mail to the school along with a signed release and a $10 check or money order. NO THIRD PARTY VERIFICATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED OVER THE PHONE OR THROUGH FAX/EMAIL!
