Contact Tracing
- Continue tracing and documenting any symptomatic, exposure or confirmed case of COVID-19
Cleaning and Disinfection
- Routine, daily cleaning
- If a facility has had a sick person with COVID-19 within the last 24 hours, clean AND disinfects the space occupied by that person during that time.
Staying Home when Sick and Getting Tested
- Advise staff members and students with symptoms of COVID-19 infection not to return for in-person instruction/work until they have met the CDPH/OCHCA return to school criteria
Quarantine
- 10-day Quarantine or Modified quarantine

Screening
- Qualtrics- Daily Symptom Screener (passive screener)
- Thermal Cameras at every entrance for each school site/District Facility (active screener)
Masking
- Required INDOORS
- Optional Outdoors
Hand Hygiene
- Posters around campuses/facilities that teach and reinforce washing hands, avoiding contact with one’s eyes, nose and mouth, and covering coughs and sneezes among students and staff
Cleaning and Disinfecting
- Routine cleaning will take place every day, including in high traffic areas
- Classroom ventilation: All units fitted with MERV 13 filters which are highest rated
Contact Tracing

COVID Coordinators will support site Administrators to document and contact any student or staff that reports they are experiencing COVID-related symptoms
