What do students need to do before coming on campus?
Complete the daily symptom check via Qualtrics and have the results (a green check mark) ready to show school administration on either your cell phone or school issued Chromebook. All students must have a green check mark to come on campus.
What do parents/guardians and community members need to do before visiting campus?
Please take the Qualtrics Survey if you plan to visit our school FOR ANY REASON for a part of the day or a full day. This includes if you are picking up your child, submitting paperwork for enrollment, or having a meeting with a teacher, counselor or other staff member. We appreciate your cooperation and help and support with this safety matter. Here is a link to the survey: https://fjuhsd.sjc1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_1FvcGcALHOf0w6h. There are also scan codes on in front of the main office that link to the survey. Please note: if you are the web link from your computer, you will need to take a picture of the results (a Green Check mark) and be prepared to show it to school personnel when coming on campus.
Where do students enter campus?
Students can enter school at TWO locations ONLY. Through the gate on the south side of the school, or through the Front Office. No students may enter campus from another location. Students must show their "Green Check mark" from their Qualtrics survey, and every student must have a mask covering their nose and mouth fully to be permitted to enter campus.
What can students expect when they enter?
Each student will show their “Green Check Mark” in the passive screening Qualtrics system on their cell phone or school issued Chromebook. The Green Check Mark indicates the student may come to school. A “Red X” means the student did not receive clearance to attend school. Once at school, students will have their temperature taken upon entering through one of two entrances.
What if a student is late to school?
If a student is late to school, they will need to have completed the Qualtrics survey, show their "Green Check Mark" from the completed survey, and enter through the front office to have a temperature check.
