    Intra-District (transfers within FJUHSD) / Inter-District Transfers (transfers from outside FJUHSD)
    *Please note, if SHHS is already your school of residency, *or* if you applied for Open Enrollment, do *not* fill out this form. 

    *In order to fill out the form you will need a gmail email address which can be created for free.

    To explore our academic programs and pathways, please visit the Academic Programs homepage. After reviewing the information offered, if you wish to apply for one of our academic programs, please complete the Special Programs application. Please be prepared to upload your students' grades, attendance records and disciplinary records from your most recent school year. Please advise that all required documents must be submitted for the application to be accepted as we do not accept incomplete applications.  *Please apply to one program only.* Multiple Program applications will not be considered. 

    Now that summer is upon us, school administration will review special program applications on a weekly basis as they come in. If space permits in the program you are interested in, and you qualify, letters of acceptance will be emailed to the email address that you input on the form and can then be printed and taken to your school of residency for a release permit. 
     
    Please note, some programs may already be full, and that will be notated on the form itself.  Please do not apply for a program when it is indicated as being full.
     
    Additionally, if Sunny Hills is your school of residence already, or, if you applied to Open Enrollment and got accepted to Sunny Hills that way, you should *not* fill out the Special Programs application as you can select the courses you're interested in on your course registration card.
