2026-27 Online Data Confirmation

FJUHSD has launched the annual Online Data Confirmation process for the 2026-27 school year.

The Fullerton Joint Union High School District Online Data Confirmation process allows parents and guardians to review, verify, and update student information electronically through the Aeries Parent Portal rather than completing traditional paper packets. This annual process also provides important district notifications regarding student and parent rights, responsibilities, and acknowledgements required under California Education Code Section 48980.

All families must complete Online Data Confirmation for each student before the first day of school.

Returning Students

If you already have an Aeries Parent Portal account:

  1. Log in to the Aeries Parent Portal using your existing credentials.
  2. Complete and submit each section.
  3. If you have multiple students, select Change Student to complete the process for each child.

New Students

If your student is newly enrolled in FJUHSD and enrollment documents have already been submitted, you should have received an email with instructions for creating your Aeries Parent Portal account.

If you have not received the email or need technical assistance with the Aeries Parent Portal, please contact your school office for assistance.
