CSEA Employee Job Shadow Event
The purpose of the Job Shadow event is to provide administrators with insight into the roles and responsibilities of our dedicated CSEA employees. During this event, administrators will accompany a Classified staff member for a portion of their work shift. Participants are encouraged to share their duties and responsibilities with Administrators to develop a greater understanding and foster strong professional communication between Classified staff and Administration.
Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services Dr. Zener recently shadowed the remarkable grounds team to better understand the crucial role they play in keeping our school campuses pristine. Thank you to Maintenance employees Frank Ramirez, Bernie Rivas, Mark Molina, and Albert Perez for their unwavering dedication and hard work.
