How to check your voicemail from your desk (the primary extension attached to the phone):

  1. Press the 'messages' button on the phone
  2. You will hear the ‘lady in the phone’ say:  “Enter your PIN followed by pound.”  Enter your PIN, also known as your password, then press the # key.
  3. You will hear your Personal Greeting and you are connected to your voice mail.

How to check the voicemail on the additional extensions on your phone:

  1. Press the 'messages' button on the phone
  2. You will hear the ‘lady in the phone’ say:  “Enter your PIN followed by pound.”  Press the * (star) key on your phone.
  3. You will hear the ‘lady in the phone’ say:  “Enter your ID followed by pound.”  Enter your ID, which is your phone extension number, then press the # (pound) key.
  4. You will hear the ‘lady in the phone’ say:  “Enter your PIN followed by pound.”  Enter your PIN, also known as your password, then press the # key.
  5. You will hear your Personal Greeting and you are connected to your voice mail.

How to check your voicemail while you are away from your desk or the district:

  1. If you are dialing:
    1. Away from your desk: Dial 2995 on any district phone.
    2. Away from the district: Dial 714 870-2995.
  2. You will hear the FJUHSD directory listing.  At any time press the * (star) key on your phone.
  3. You will hear the ‘lady in the phone’ say:  “Enter your ID followed by pound.”  Enter your ID, which is your phone extension number, then press the # (pound) key.
  4. You will hear the ‘lady in the phone’ say:  “Enter your PIN followed by pound.”  Enter your PIN, also known as your password, then press the # key.
  5. You will hear your Personal Greeting and you are connected to your voice mail.
