Attention Incoming Freshman Parents/Guardians:

The 2026–2027 AERIES Data Confirmation process is now open and required for all incoming 9th grade students. This process ensures that your student’s information is accurate and up to date before the start of the school year.

During Data Confirmation, families will:

• Confirm student and household information
• Add or update emergency contacts
• Review and update important medical information
• Complete required annual forms

Please log in to the AERIES Parent Portal and complete the process as soon as possible.

Deadline: May 26, 2026
Please note: If Data Confirmation is not completed by the deadline, access to AERIES will be limited until the process is completed.
