How to Obtain Your District App Logon Information

  • 1) From a browser go to https://fjuhsd.parentlink.net

    1. Click on the "Forgot password?" link

    1. At the "Login ID" enter the phone number you gave the school as your contact phone number. 
    2. After you enter the phone number, click the "Send Email" button.
    3. An email with your password will be sent to the email address you gave the school as your contact email.
    4. If you did not register contact information with your school will need to contact your school's adminiatration to obtain your login information. 
    5. If you have forgotten what contact information you shared with your school, you can obtain that information from the District parent port (see instructions below) or contact your school's adminiatration to obtain your login information.

    2. Login to the parent portal.
    3. If you did not register for a portal account you can click the "Create New Account" link or contact your school's adminiatration for help. 
    4. If you have forgotten your login information click on the "Forgot Password?" link or contact your school's adminiatration for help.

    1. From the "Student Info" menu select "Contacts".

    1. Your District Mobile App login name is the telephone number in your contact record. 
    2. The email address listed beneath your telephone number is the email address where your password will be sent if you requested it in step 1 above.
