Move Past/Resolve/Reset a Failed Quiz

  1. Go back through the Study section for the failed quiz and take additional notes.
    1. Complete the additional notes in the Outline or Cornell Notes format (*see below).
    2. Add the document link from these additional notes to the top of your Study Guide for this section.
      1. If this course does not have Study Guides, add the document link for these additional notes to the original notes for this section.
    3. If there are no original notes, check with your teacher on how to submit these "additional" notes.
  2. If there is a Reading Guide before the quiz (English courses), you need to complete that as well.
  3. Email your COURSE teacher after making sure the Study Guide (and Reading Guide, if applicable) and additional notes for the failed quiz section are completed.

A.  In the subject line of the email message, type BLOCKED QUIZ - PLUS the name of the course, sem #,  and the quiz #.

Example: BLOCKED QUIZ - ENGLISH 3, sem 2, #3.1.4

B.  Make sure your Study Guide (and Reading Guide, if applicable) and additional notes for that Study section are in your Unit Notes folder.  If they are not, your quiz will not be reset.

Completing these steps is important for your teacher to help you in a timely manner.
