Fall 2023 Schedule Change Policy
**Schedule Errors & Questions Procedure for the First Few Days of School (August 14-16)**
There will be a Google form for students to complete to fix remaining schedule errors, drop course levels, and/or drop an additional class. The Google form will be accessible to students the morning of Monday, 8/14, and will close at 3:30 PM on Wednesday, 8/16. Additionally, School Counselors will be outside the Front Office on the quad side on 8/14 & 8/15 (before 0 and 1st periods, at break and lunch, and after 6th period) to assist students and answer questions. Beginning Thursday, 8/17, students must see their counselor in person.
Fall 2023 Schedule Change Policy
The fall district deadline to drop an additional class and/or drop course levels (i.e., H/C/IB/AP to the lower level), provided there is space, is Friday, 10/20, by 3:30 PM. Per district policy, students in grades 9-11 must be enrolled in a minimum of (6) classes and 12th graders must be enrolled in a minimum of (5) classes. For either change, students must see their school counselor in person before 1st period, at break, lunch, or after 6th period. Parent/guardian permission is required to make any changes.
