Track & Field was back in competition yesterday at Buena Park with the entire team taking part in a tri-meet with Troy and B.P. Over 30 athletes earned qualification for Prelims later in the season, highlighted by Alan Park, Caleb King, Joseph Chun, Yeram Lee, Sophia Gentile, Lauren Kang, Natalie Park, and Isabella George. Everyone competed to the best of their abilities and showed great sportsmanship on the day. We’re back in league action on April 3rd, so mark your calendars to see Lancer Track & Field light up the track!
Are you going to the Prom? All Sunny Hills students need to turn in a Prom contract. If you are bringing a guest that does not go to SH, then they need to turn in a Guest Pass. You may print these off the Sunny Hills website or pick up a copy in Room 6. Tickets go on sale tomorrow.
Attention students taking Spanish this year, if you're interested in advancing a level for next year, you need to sign up for the Spanish level exam. The link to sign up and more information can be found on our school website under World Languages. You must sign up by April 1st.
Lancers, please do not forget to turn in your application for the California State Seal of Biliteracy by tomorrow to Room 2 the College and Career Center..National Honors Society is hosting an arts donation for Children's Hospital RIGHT NOW through Friday. Donations can range from a box of markers, crayons, or colored pencils. You can earn 30 minutes of community service for every two unopened art supply donations you bring. Please bring all donations to Mr. Oudega in room 35 or to Sophia Kiker.
Hey Lancers! Interested in joining the wrestling team for the 2024-2025 season? We will begin our strength and conditioning program when we return from Spring Break! Come talk to Coach Acosta in room 53 before school, during break, or at lunch, to learn how to join the wrestling program! GO LANCERS!!!
The Korean culture club is selling their Korean culture night tickets for $10, in front of room 15 at break, lunch, and after school for $10. Come out on SAT 3/16/24 at 6:pm in the PAC for Korean Culture Night
